I'm sure there websites or smart-phone apps that post real time (or near real time) attraction wait times. Which are some of the best - based on usability and accuracy of the information?

I'm guessing some of the crowd sourced applications (where users in the parks post their own wait times) must be hit or miss based on who is in the parks and using that particular application.

Disney must have this information internally to update their tip boards and the signs outside their attraction queues. Do they share this information through a feed of some sort?
